Sunway Optoelectronics: Director, Co-Chairman of the Board, General Manager Bai Rujing resigns.

Sinolight Optoelectronics announced that the Board of Directors has received Bai Ruqing's written resignation report. Due to personal reasons, Bai has resigned from the positions of director, co-chairman, and general manager, as well as the position of Chairman of the Board's Strategic Committee. After resignation, Bai Ruqing will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. His resignation will not affect the normal operation and daily management of the Board of Directors. The company will promptly elect new directors and appoint a new general manager. Bai Ruqing holds 0.20% of the company's shares, and will continue to comply with relevant regulations on share management.
