Guangzhou: Classified guidance for eligible key core technologies breakthrough technology-based enterprises, innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises and "specialized and new" small and medium-sized innovative enterprises to apply for listing.

The People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality and others issued the "Implementation Plan for Implementing the Opinions on Deepening Guangzhou Nansha's World-oriented Comprehensive Cooperation with Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao's Financial Support". In it, they proposed making full use of "two markets, two types of resources" to promote more high-quality strategic emerging enterprises in Nansha, such as technology innovation, marine industry, future industry, digital industry, etc., to be listed for financing domestically and internationally. They encourage securities companies to provide front-end services, intervene early, and provide comprehensive guidance. In conjunction with the Nansha "Kunpeng Plan", they will conduct training with major domestic exchanges, providing categorized guidance for technology-based enterprises with breakthrough key core technologies, innovative entrepreneurship enterprises, and small and medium-sized innovative enterprises that meet the conditions to apply for listing.
