Dalian Heavy Industry has successfully implemented the integrated transmission chain of 7.5 megawatts, enabling mass production.

The journalist learned that recently, Dalian Heavy Industry's subsidiary transmission company has successfully completed the prototype trial production of 66 units of 7.5 megawatt front-integrated transmission chains customized for a key domestic customer, and successfully produced the first batch of 10 products. This batch of 7.5 megawatt front-integrated transmission chains adopts a transmission scheme of three-level planetary gears and one level of parallel axis, combined with front-integrated design, achieving horizontal docking installation of the main shaft and gearbox. This structure optimizes the compactness of the transmission chain, reduces the overall weight of the engine room, and achieves lightweight design through planetary gear equal load technology and gear strengthening technology, with torque density reaching the industry's leading level.
