On August 12th, Kandi Technologies (NASDAQ: KNDI) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kandi Electric (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd., has officially signed a "Framework Purchase Agreement" with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL), becoming a supplier of CATL's battery swapping station equipment. The two parties have already started coordinating their first order for heavy-duty truck swapping stations. This collaboration signifies that Kandi Electric has officially entered CATL's global supplier system and will provide hardware support to jointly promote the standardization of swapping station construction.
