According to the Qichacha app, recently, Yuhetian Causeway Bay Smart City Operation (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established, with Luo Peng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes building cleaning services, property management, property services evaluation, city park management, planning and design management, and digital technology services. Equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Yuhetian's wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Yuhetian Smart City Operations Group Co., Ltd. and Bihe Causeway Bay City Operations Co., Ltd.
