Shanghai Gold Exchange: Agrees to transfer the membership qualification of Guotai Haitong Securities to Haitong Securities

On August 12, the Shanghai Gold Exchange issued a notice stating that, based on the application for membership qualification succession submitted by Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. to the Exchange, and after the Exchange's review, it approved the succession of Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.'s membership qualification.
