State Railway Administration: Strengthen the management of extracting and using production costs for railway transportation safety.

The State Railway Administration issued a notice on strengthening the management of the extraction and use of production safety costs for railway transportation. The scope of implementation includes railway transportation enterprises engaged in passenger and freight transportation, production and operation units specializing in railway freight transportation, and railway special lines. Based on the operating income of the previous year, railway transportation units determine the amount to be extracted for the current year and extract it on a monthly average basis. Specifically: 1. Ordinary freight transportation business 1%; 2. Passenger transportation and special cargo transportation such as dangerous goods 1.5%.
