Zhitong Finance and Economics App learned that Bullish, a cryptocurrency exchange supported by American billionaire Peter Thiel, has increased the size of its initial public offering (IPO). According to documents submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, Bullish plans to issue 30 million shares of stock priced between $32 and $33 per share to raise $990 million. The company's target valuation is $4.8 billion. Previously, the company planned to issue 20.3 million shares of stock priced between $28 and $31 per share. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BLSH."
