Xu Haidong, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, recently stated that three enterprises have successfully implemented the 60-day payment period for accounts receivable as promised by car companies. Currently, major state-owned enterprises such as FAW, Dongfeng, Changan, major state-owned enterprises such as GAC, SAIC, BAIC, as well as private enterprises such as Geely, Great Wall, and new energy vehicles companies such as NIO, Ideanomics, and XPeng are actively responding. The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers has also conducted some relevant statistics, and it should be said that these large and major automobile enterprises are already taking action. In the process of adjusting the payment period, car companies need to prepare funds, adjust related processes, including acceptance, online, payment, and related sales contracts. A large number of enterprises must first achieve a 60-day payment on new orders, while some old orders will gradually be resolved, which can also be understood.
