According to the QiChaCha APP, Jiangsu Weinuote New Materials Co., Ltd. was recently established with Liu Zhiwei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing and sales of building waterproofing roll materials, building materials, lightweight building materials, and new membrane materials. Equity penetration data from QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly owned by Oriental Yuhong, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and Yangzhou Oriental Yuhong New Materials Co., Ltd.
