The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a final ruling on Part 337 regarding fitness equipment and its components.
According to the China Trade Remedies Information Network, on August 11, 2025, the U.S. International Trade Commission issued a notice stating that it has made a partial final ruling on certain fitness equipment and their components in investigation No. 337: after a review, it confirmed that the relief measures were a general exclusion order for products infringing U.S. patent numbers 8,721,511 and D659,208, and a limited exclusion order for products infringing U.S. patent number 8,721,511, 19th claim, exported to the U.S., imported into the U.S., and sold in the U.S. by the listed defendant Shandong VOG Sports Products Co. Ltd., Dezhou City, China, and for products infringing U.S. patent number D659,208 exported to the U.S., imported into the U.S., and sold in the U.S. by the listed defendants Guangzhou Oasis, LLC, d/b/a trysauna.com, Boulder, CO, and Shandong VOG Sports Products Co. Ltd., Dezhou City, China. A 100% bond will be imposed on the products involved in this case that are exported to the U.S. during the Presidential review period. The investigation in this case is terminated.
