In the future, we need to establish an age-friendly institutional system and public service system. The government should use policies such as financial subsidies, tax exemptions, and social insurance relief to support and encourage employers to hire older workers. Digital government apps should set up pages for senior citizen services, while elderly employment service stations should be established in streets and communities, forming an online and offline linkage to provide highly convenient and accessible job referral, vocational training, and rights protection services for older workers. At the enterprise level, a friendly workplace environment for older workers should be created. Older workers should actively participate in employment and vocational training, constantly improve their work abilities to meet the needs of social development.
