*ST Huarong Announcement, on August 11, 2025, the controlling shareholder Zhejiang Hengshun Investment Co., Ltd. and its concerted action Shanghai Tianji Investment Co., Ltd. signed an equity transfer agreement with Hainan Bocheng Huineng Technology Center, agreeing that Zhejiang Hengshun will transfer its 38.1368 million shares of Huarong and Shanghai Tianji will transfer its 10.768 million shares of Huarong to Bocheng Huineng. This change in equity does not involve a tender offer, and the transfer parties do not have a related relationship. If the transaction is successfully completed, the company will change from Zhejiang Hengshun to Bocheng Huineng as the controlling shareholder, and the actual controller will change from Lou Yongliang to Lin Mushun.
