The Zhongtong Finance APP reported that Asia Television Holdings (00707.HK) announced that there has been a settlement between Hong Kong Science Park Corporation as the plaintiff and the company's subsidiary, Asia Television Limited, as the defendant, regarding a legal dispute in the Hong Kong High Court involving a property located at 25-37 Tai Shing Street, Tai Po Industrial Estate, New Territories, Hong Kong. The plaintiff and defendant have reached a friendly settlement on the matter, and all legal proceedings (including any counterclaims made by the defendant) will be terminated, with no orders made regarding legal costs.
