Huang Zhiquan appointed as acting mayor of Nanchong City.

On August 11, the Standing Committee of the Seventh National People's Congress of Nanchong City held its thirty-fourth meeting, which decided to accept the resignation of Yin Nianhong as Mayor of Nanchong City People's Government and report it for the record of the Seventh National People's Congress of Nanchong City; and decided that Huang Zhiqun would serve as the acting mayor of Nanchong City People's Government.
