(FTFT.US) announced today that its wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary "Future FinTech International Securities Futures Limited" has officially signed an entrusted agreement with a well-known compliance consultant in Hong Kong. The consultant will assist the company in applying for a virtual asset service license (VASP) and apply for a number 9 asset management license with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong based on the company's original Hong Kong No. 1, 2, and 4 licenses, and plan to cover both traditional and virtual asset management business. The consultant will conduct a detailed review and evaluation of the company's business model, risk management capabilities, and assist the company in preparing relevant application materials and business plans to submit to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
