Entrepreneur Group Holdings (02221.HK) has successfully completed the issuance of a total of 221.5 million subscribed shares.

Zhixin Financial News App reported that Startup Group Holdings (02221.HK) announced that, as all the conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, the completion was made on August 11, 2025. A total of 221.5 million subscription shares (approximately 12.12% of the company's issued share capital after the issuance and subscription of shares) were issued and allotted to subscribers at the subscription price of HK$0.10 per subscription share.
