Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation solicits public opinions on the Implementation Regulations of the Value-Added Tax Law of the People's Republic of China.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the Value-Added Tax Law of the People's Republic of China, according to the State Council's legislative work plan for 2025, the Ministry of Finance, together with the State Administration of Taxation, has conducted a careful study and widely solicited opinions and suggestions to formulate the Implementing Regulations of the Value-Added Tax Law of the People's Republic of China, which is now open for public comments.
