ST Dongyi announced that the pledged shares held by its controlling shareholder Dongyi Tianzheng have been released, with a total of 30.02 million shares released, accounting for 44.29% of its holdings and 7.15% of the company's total share capital. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Dongyi Tianzheng holds 67.38 million shares of the company, accounting for 16.15% of the total share capital, and the shares held by Dongyi Tianzheng are not pledged.
