Central Clearing Company: Simplifying the investment process for overseas central banks.

Announcement by China Central Depository & Clearing Co., Ltd.: In order to implement relevant requirements of the People's Bank of China and further simplify the investment process for overseas central banks and similar institutions, China Central Depository & Clearing Co., Ltd. has decided, starting from today, not to require overseas central banks and similar institutions to provide agreement signing commitment letters.
