Two locally acquired cases of Kenyan typhus were discovered in Mazhang District, Zhanjiang, Guangdong.

The Health Bureau of Mazhang District, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, released a statement on August 11th, announcing that on August 10th, 2 cases of Kyasanur Forest Disease were discovered in Mazhang District, Zhanjiang City. Currently, the 2 patients have been isolated for treatment, their condition is stable, and they are both classified as mild cases.
