The Turkish earthquake has caused more than 10 buildings to collapse and 2 people are trapped.
On August 10th, local time, the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority of Turkey announced that a 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck the Sndrg region in Balkesir province at 19:53. The earthquake had a depth of 11 kilometers. The mayor of Sndrg, Seluk Sak, stated that the earthquake has caused more than 10 buildings to collapse. In one collapsed building in the city center, 4 people have been rescued while 2 others are still being searched for. Rescue operations are currently underway for the two trapped individuals.
