China Securities Regulatory Commission accepts the application for the registration of full circulation of BoruiDun H shares.

Borgaeton announced that on August 8th it was informed that the China Securities Regulatory Commission has accepted the company's application for filing regarding the proposed implementation of full circulation of H shares. After obtaining all relevant approvals and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, certain non-listed shares of the company will be converted into H shares of the company and listed and traded on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
