Beijing issues blue alert for lightning.

Beijing Municipal Government issues a blue lightning warning: It is expected that from 20:00 on August 10 to 05:00 on August 11, there will be thunderstorms from west to east in Beijing, accompanied by gusts of about 8 on the Beaufort scale. In mountainous areas, short-term gusts can reach 9 or above. In some areas, short-term heavy rainfall with hourly precipitation exceeding 20 millimeters can be expected. Please take precautions.
