("Brad"), holding 10.81% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 7.638 million shares within three months after the announcement is released, from September 1, 2025 to November 28, 2025, through centralized bidding and block trading methods, not exceeding 1.54% of the total share capital of the company.
