According to the Ministry of Water Resources, after a flash flood disaster occurred in Yuzhong County, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, the Ministry of Water Resources immediately guided the local authorities to conduct post-disaster investigation and emergency disposal of rural water supply projects. After investigation and statistics by the water resources department of Gansu, it was found that the water supply projects in severely affected Ma Liantan Village, Jiuzhuanggou Village, and Shangzhuang Village in Mapo Township have been destroyed. The relocated residents are receiving normal water supply at the relocation sites, while those who have not been relocated are receiving drinking water from mineral water. The water supply in other villages in Mapo Township is currently basically normal. In addition, part of the water supply main pipeline in Xinglong Water Plant in Yuzhong County was damaged by the flood. Starting from last night at 12 o'clock, a professional emergency repair team began to install temporary water supply pipelines. Currently, the temporary water supply pipelines from Kanggu River and Xinglong River have been in operation. As a result, Xia Guanying Town, Chengguan Town, and Xiaokangying Township have all resumed water supply, ensuring normal water supply for 12,000 people.
