Hebei: The flood prevention level in Langfang City has been adjusted from Level III to Level IV, while the flood prevention level in Xiong'an New Area remains at Level IV emergency response.

According to the current rain and flood situation, after consultation and assessment, the Hebei Provincial Flood Control Headquarters has decided to adjust the flood control emergency response level in Langfang City from level III to level IV starting at 9:00 on August 9th, and to maintain the level IV flood control emergency response in Xiong'an New Area, while terminating the level IV flood control emergency response in other cities. Currently, Hebei Province is still in the critical period of "floods recede and water levels rise", the Provincial Flood Control Headquarters requires all local departments to continue monitoring changes in rainfall, strengthen consultation and assessment, timely release warning information, implement the disaster warning "call and response" mechanism, strengthen defense against mountain floods and geological disasters, conduct inspections and defenses in flood-prone river channels, evacuate residents threatened by flooding in advance, and ensure the safety of flood control.
