Zhicheng Financial APP news, Hei Zhi Ma (000716.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Guangxi Hei Wulei Food Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hei Wulei Group"), signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Guangxi Lvfa Health Industry Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guanglv Healthy") on August 8, 2025. Guanglv Healthy intends to acquire 20% of the company's shares held by Hei Wulei Group through the agreement. On the same day, Hei Wulei Group, Wei Qingwen, Li Hanrong, Li Hanzhao, and Li Yuqi signed a "Voting Rights Waiver Commitment," unconditionally and irrevocably waiving the voting rights corresponding to the company's shares (a total of 17.66% of the company's shares, totaling 133 million shares) held by the commitment parties from the date of completion of the transfer under the "Share Transfer Agreement," and also not entrusting any other party to exercise the voting rights of such shares.
