Finance Channel APP News, Tiancheng Holdings (02110.HK) announced that on September 6, 2023 (after the trading hours of the Stock Exchange), the seller, Ji Yu Construction Engineering Company Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), entered into the Ji Yu 3 Agreement with Zhi Xing Construction (as the buyer). Under this agreement, the seller agreed to sell Ji Yu 3 for a consideration of 3.1 million Hong Kong dollars.
