China Nuclear Irradiation Announcement: The company held the 20th meeting of the fourth session of the board of directors on August 8, 2025, and approved the proposal to adjust the investment of 300,000 cubic meters of sterilized medical devices project. The original planned investment amount for the project was 153 million yuan, to be completed in two phases. The first phase has been completed with an investment of 139 million yuan. The second phase of the project is planned to be completed in approximately 2 years, with an investment of 108 million yuan, including the installation of an electronic beam-to-target X-ray irradiation equipment and related facilities. After adjusting the project technical plan, the total investment amount increased by 94.22 million yuan, reaching 248 million yuan.
