Wisdom Financial News APP News, Berry Gene (000710.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Berry Health and Kang intends to establish a controlling subsidiary with Mr. Li Wei, a natural person, in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. The subsidiary is intended to be named Henan One Yuan Tongkang Gene Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "One Yuan Tongkang"), with a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Berry Health and Kang will subscribe for 600,000 RMB with their own funds, holding a 60% stake; Mr. Li Wei will subscribe for 400,000 RMB with his own funds, holding a 40% stake. The joint venture company plans to collaborate closely with public medical institutions and clinical medical enterprises in key areas such as Henan to provide integrated testing services for genetic diseases in newborns and children.
