The People's Government of Henan Province recently issued the "Henan Province's Policy Measures to Support Enterprise Technological Innovation". It mentions supporting enterprises to take the lead in implementing various scientific and technological projects. Encouraging enterprises to actively undertake national scientific research projects, companies undertaking major national scientific research projects will receive a subsidy of 3%-5% of the funds allocated by the state, with a maximum subsidy of 600,000 yuan for a single project and an annual subsidy of no more than 5 million yuan per company. The government plays a guiding role, supporting enterprises to undertake provincial scientific and technological projects. The financial support from the provincial government for a single major scientific project should not be less than 10 million yuan in principle, 1 million yuan for a single key R&D project, and 100,000 yuan for a single scientific research project.
