Traders Association: Warns Shanghai Huancai Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd.

On August 8th, the China Foreign Exchange Trading System & National Interbank Funding Center announced disciplinary action: After investigation, Shanghai Huancai Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., as a relevant private equity fund manager, assisted a certain issuer in "self-financing" issuance by embedding related asset management plans in its own managed private equity funds. Such behavior violated the principles of fair, just, and open issuance, and disrupted the market order. In accordance with relevant self-disciplinary regulations of the interbank bond market, after deliberation in a self-disciplinary meeting, Shanghai Huancai was issued a warning.
