Vicancare Pharmaceuticals: Board secretary Zhu Ting resigns for personal reasons.

On August 8th, Weikang Pharmaceutical announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from the company's Board Secretary and Director, Zhu Ting, on the same day. Due to personal reasons, Zhu Ting applied to resign from the position of Board Secretary, and the resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. After resigning from the above position, Zhu Ting will continue to serve as a director in the company. In order to ensure the normal operation of the company's information disclosure and other work, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Liu Yang, will temporarily assume the duties of Board Secretary until a new Board Secretary is appointed.
