Change of General Manager of Beixin Rui Feng Fund

On August 8th, Beixin Ruifeng Fund announced a change in senior management. General Manager Liu Xiaoling resigned and Xuan Xuezhu was appointed as the new General Manager. The announcement stated that Xuan Xuezhu joined the company in July 2012, previously worked in the Financial Markets and Investment Banking Department of the Head Office of China Merchants Bank, and later served as a member of the Party Committee of the Guangzhou Branch and President of the Zhongshan Branch of Huaxia Bank, as well as Deputy General Manager of the Financial Markets Department of the Head Office.
