According to the Qichacha app, recently, Hailanxin Data Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes: marine engineering design and module design and manufacturing services; sales of marine energy systems and equipment; sales of marine engineering equipment; sales of marine environmental monitoring and detection equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Hailanxin.
