It also suggests researching and drafting guidance on judicial protection of data property rights, properly handling data rights disputes, and promoting efficient circulation and transactions of data elements. It calls for the lawful trial of disputes related to artificial intelligence, supporting the lawful application of artificial intelligence, and guiding the healthy and orderly development of the artificial intelligence industry.
