Citigroup has appointed Guillermo Baygual from JPMorgan Chase to serve as co-head of its mergers and acquisitions business. According to an internal memo, Baygual will lead Citigroup's M&A business alongside his former colleague Drago Rajkovic. Rajkovic was just appointed by Citigroup in June. A Citigroup spokesperson confirmed the memo's contents.
