Dream East (00593) intends to acquire all issued shares of Dongzhi Holdings for HK$13 million.

Wisdom Financial News App News, Mengdongfang (00593) announced that on August 7, 2025, the company's direct wholly-owned subsidiary buyer DreamEast (BVI) Limited entered into a purchase agreement with the seller. Under this agreement, the seller conditionally agreed to sell, and the buyer conditionally agreed to purchase the sale shares, equivalent to all of the issued share capital of the target company Dongzhi Holdings Limited, for a cash consideration of HK$13 million. Upon completion, the target company will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance, assets, and liabilities will be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
