City Telecom (H.K.) Limited: Subsidiary Signs 1.811 Billion RMB IDC Hosting Business Agreement

CityLand Hong Kong announced that its subsidiary CityLand Cloud Computing has signed an IDC hosting agreement with a certain Internet company X for the "Hu Tai Smart Cloud Valley Digital Technology Industrial Park Data Center" project. The collaboration period for this project is 6 years, from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2031. If there are no objections from both parties after the contract expires, it will automatically renew for 1 year, with a maximum of 2 renewals. The first phase is expected to cost no more than 18.11 billion yuan, providing data center operation services for approximately 2200 high-power cabinets within the cooperation period after delivery on September 30, 2025. The second phase is expected to cost no more than 27.16 billion yuan, with specific details regarding operating services, final delivery period, and cost settlement yet to be determined.
