On the evening of August 7th, Nanling Technology announced that the board of directors agreed to elect Chen Shulin as the Chairman of the fourth board of directors, appoint Chen Shulin as the manager of the company, appoint Chen Jinbiao, Hou Gang, Lu Ziyi, and Lu Saiping as the deputy managers of the company, appoint Chen Jinbiao as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, appoint Yu Li as the secretary of the board of directors, with a term from the date of approval by the board of directors to the expiration of the term of the fourth board of directors.
