On August 7th, local time, the media office in the Gaza Strip released a statement stating that on the 6th, only 92 trucks carrying aid supplies and commercial goods entered the Gaza Strip, most of them were robbed and looted in the "chaos deliberately created by the Israeli authorities". The statement mentioned that due to the ongoing military conflicts and acts of genocide, the infrastructure in the Gaza Strip has been almost completely destroyed. Currently, Gaza needs at least 600 trucks of supplies per day just to barely meet the basic survival needs of its 2.4 million residents. However, the current amount of aid entering Gaza is only 14% of what is needed, meanwhile, Israel has blocked all entry points and prevented about 6600 rescue trucks from entering, and continues to restrict the operations of humanitarian organizations.
