On August 5th, according to reports, the cooperation between domestic smart driving supplier Yunrong Qixing and Mercedes-Benz smart on the perception project has been terminated after the original project delivery for mass production. The report stated that the termination was due to Yunrong's perception product performance not meeting expectations, and insufficient follow-up customized support. In response to the above situation, Yunrong Qixing denied the report to reporters, calling it "fake news," and said they have reported to the police to handle follow-up matters. It is worth noting that the report also mentioned that Dongfeng Lantu is in talks with Yunrong Qixing to promote a smart driving solution based on domestically produced chips. In response to this, Yunrong Qixing stated, "No comment."
