Western Midstream (WES.US) will acquire Aris (ARIS.US) for $1.5 billion to expand its Permian Basin produced water treatment business.

According to the Wisdom Finance App, shale pipeline operator Western Midstream (WES.US) has agreed to acquire Aris Water Solutions (ARIS.US) for approximately $1.5 billion in cash and stock, aiming to expand its business into the thriving water treatment sector in the Permian Basin.
