Forest fire in the French province of Ode has left 1 dead and 13 injured.

On the evening of the 6th local time, the government of the French department of Aude issued a bulletin stating that as of 19:00 that day, the forest fire in the province had caused 1 death and 13 injuries, including 2 civilians and 11 firefighters. One of the civilians and one firefighter were seriously injured. In addition, three people were reported missing by their relatives, with their whereabouts unknown. The bulletin stated that the fire is still spreading, with the current area of the fire exceeding 16,000 hectares, affecting 15 municipalities.
