The meeting will only involve the leaders of the U.S., Russia, and Ukraine, and will not include any representatives from European countries. The sources said European leaders seem to have accepted Trump's proposal. It is unclear at this time whether Putin or Zelensky have agreed to Trump's proposed plan.
