Sudan claims that the United Arab Emirates has banned all Sudanese airlines' flights from entering the UAE.

On August 6th local time, the Sudanese Civil Aviation Authority stated that the United Arab Emirates Civil Aviation Authority has prohibited all airlines from Sudan from landing at airports within the UAE starting that day. The Sudanese Civil Aviation Authority expressed shock at this move by the UAE. The Sudanese side is closely monitoring the situation and working with all airlines to make proper arrangements for passengers who have already booked related tickets.
