Zhtng Cijng APP News, Dianlian Technology (300679.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign a "Equity Purchase Agreement between Dianlian Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Aimos Technology Co., Ltd. and its Shareholders" with minority shareholders Mr. Wen Li and Mr. Wen Shengping of its controlling subsidiary Shenzhen Aimos Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aimos"), to acquire 39% of Aimos' equity held by Mr. Wen Li and Mr. Wen Shengping for 180 million yuan in cash. According to the proposed "Equity Purchase Agreement," the counterparty pledges that Aimos' net profit after audit in 2025 will not be less than 39 million yuan.
