(referred to as "Commune Bio") intends to purchase the land and attached buildings needed for production and operation from Hubei Yuanke Bio-pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuanke Bio", another company controlled by the company's actual controller), for the construction of a new 3000t/d sewage treatment equipment project and Class A workshops and supporting facilities production construction project. After the approval procedures by all parties involved in the transaction are completed, a transfer agreement will be signed, and the total transfer price will not exceed 16.5703 million yuan.
