Announcement from Joint Pharma: Wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Joint Bio-technology Co., Ltd. intends to purchase land and attached properties necessary for production and operation from Hubei Yuanke Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with a transaction price not exceeding 16.5703 million RMB. The land and attached properties will be used for the construction of a new 3000t/d sewage treatment plant project and Class A workshop and supporting facilities production construction project. The transaction funds will be sourced from Joint Bio's own funds. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
